Molecular scientist develop color-changing stress sensor

Scientist from the university of pennsylvania researched about 2 molecules ( porphyrins and polymersomes) being used as a stress sensor.

This work's packing the porphyrins in a polymersome membrane that can modulate the light emission of the molecules, and when you put a stress in the environment you change the configuration and optical release of the porphyries, as the doctor Hammer said.
